When you are feeling horny and want to have sex with your partner, do you drop hints and lead him on or do you ask if you can have sex night ? I used to able to drop hints that lead to it but now I have ask and it's killing me. I feel unwanted, Idk if I am over reacting but I get mad

Neither of us ask we just start caressing each other . If we're in public he draws circles in the palms of my hands with his finger and I do the same its like a little code but at home He always gets me when he kisses me gently on my neck and slowly moves down to my back&  shoulders?

Yea, my SO always tries when we get in bed, or the shower. But we do have the type of relationship where if I wanted it, I would just tell him.
