What does it mean when my temperature was 97.7° F this morning at 7:28am I was just curious what my temperature was now I check and it is 99.3°F what does this mean?

Only once. The same time everyday. As soon as you wake. You must not talk or move only to reach thermometer don't even sit up. If you have a lie in that reading won't count. Most lady's set an alarm for same time everyday then go back to sleep.
