My 1 month old baby girl has projectile spit up (she's never done this!) this morning probably a whole ounce of milk out of 4 ounces. She did it once more and did a couple of "normal" spit ups. Now she is rather fussy & hot. Her hands and face is also pale,again she's never looked like this before. My MIL has the flu and babysat her on Tuesday(before she knew she had the flu) she woke up Friday and had it. It's now Saturday. Could my baby be getting the flu? Is it something else? FTM & worried!
