Exactly how do you calculate the length of your cycle? Do you start with Day 1 of your last period to the first day of your next?

Depends on how you want to look at it. On eve your cycle starts on he first day of your period and ends on the day before your period. So today I'm on day 3 of my cycle because I started my period 3 days ago. Some people look at their cycle as the days in between their period. Mine is 28-30 days so typically I have a cycle that lasts 30 days.... Does that make sense?
