Infertility

My boyfriend just told me he is sterile and only has a 10% chance of getting me pregnant. I've wanted kids my whole life. He wants kids too but I feel like he's given up on the idea since he told me. He won't talk about it at all. Idk what to do. I told him there were other ways and it didn't matter to me I just love him. Is there anything I can do for him? Has anyone had infertility problems like this? Can it be fixed?
