Af advice what's going on with my body??

OK ladies I need advice! My body is driving me nuts! AF showed extra early this month leaving me with a 9 day lp. Flow Friday(cd1) was crazy crazy insane and heavy and only semi so sat and sun and then flow haulted Mon. I came home from work started to relax and then back aches and cramps started back up then another bunch of dark red blood that trailed off to brown spotting woke up this morning and nothing came home from work and the same thing happened today? What the heck is with my body
