I've had 5 miscarriages. I found out I was pregnant three weeks ago with twins. Well I had blood work done three weeks ago cause I felt as I was running a slight fever. Everything came back good. Well the fever comes and goes. And now I can't sleep and I have the chills. I get really shakey and can't stand up long. . I eat every hour even a crackers between then because I am epilepsy. I am a little worried on if I am not going to be able to carry these babies. Any suggestions please.
