Ovulation question??

Question

So glow told me that the past 2 days and today was my highest percentage of getting pergnant and me and my boyfriend having be BD
​But I had ovulation pains a few days ago and the past couple of days I've been having white discharge what does this mean??

Ms jelly- is yr naturopath assisting in fertility?  I be been considering a consult with one because my RE just wanted to go straight to IVF despite my getting pregnant with IUI (miscarried though).  I would appreciate your input.

Yes my naturopath is helping with my fertility and she's given me herbs / natural meds to help with fertility. I'm taking vitex, which is supposed to be like a natural clomid. If this doesn't work then she said there's other natural herbs / meds I can try. She's also helped me manage my endo pain through food to avoid the need for pain and other meds to control it. So far my naturopath has been more help than my gyno. Their methods are less intrusive on the body and I can't recommend one enough.

These apps can only predict when you'll based on your past history and current symptoms. So they are not always right and I'd say go by what your body is telling you and use this and other apps as a guide only!!

If your CM is like eg whites, stretchy, then it's likely that you're about to or have just O'd. My naturopath told me O pains can either be your body getting ready to O or you O'ing. So I get some O symptoms (cramps and twinges) and then a few days later I get them more strongly, so for me I get warning o pains and the. The real thing.
