feeling disappointed ...

I am so unsure if I'm even pregnant. I had spotting once this past Saturday & nothing since then. My period has always been messed up and every 6 months or longer. Why would I even have spotting, it can be either period or implantation. And what day should I test? This weekend or wait a few weeks.? I feel like it might be too early to tell.
