Anyone experience kidney pain in early pregnancy

Haven't been verified as pregnant yet will later this afternoon I have 5 pregnancy tests saying positive including a digita and glow is predicting 7 weeks and 2 days is how far along i am...however I have been experiencing pain in my kidneys and it seems like the longer I'm awake the worse it gets...but when I first wake up its not bad at all its as if it's not even there...but by mid day I start to notice it.. my urine is not cloudy and I have no other signs of a UTI.. and I tested for a UTI with AZO test strips and it was negative... could this be a symptom of pregnancy??
