When does implantation occur?

CD24, 6DPO, AF Due 3/23 
No real symptoms except twinges on my left abdominal region. So uncomfortable to stop me dead in my tracks. Head cold, nasal stuffinessthat came out of no where. Increased urination. Back and neck pain. I went and tested being the impulsive person that I am and ofcourse its negative, way too early.

If I ended up conceiving this month do you guys think that the egg has already implanted? Or around what day would it be a probability?

I've always heard anywhere from 6-12 dpo. I've always felt mine occurred around 9-10 dpo. You could have ;)

Implantation occurs anywhere from 7-12 days after ovulation with the most common being 10 days. Literature suggests that the earliest you can get a BFP with blood is 3 days after implantation and 6 days after for urine.
