First morning urine as long as your after 9 DPO but 12 DPO is the best day. Actually the day after your missed period but if your a POAS addict like myself, don't do no earlier than 9 DPO. Implantation is 6-12 DPO then it's 2-4 days after that when HCG would show in a pregnancy test! Good luck :)
