Me and my boyfriend had sex and the condom had broke , he didn't pull out either. When I stood up his sperm fell out ; could I be pregnant I need answers now.

It is possible for you to get pregnant in this situation. Even though you feel like his sperm "fell out" there were probably thousands of sperm that remained inside of you. If you are not ready to have a baby, then you get always get the Plan B pill. You can get it without a prescription at most pharmacies, but it is most effective when taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex.
