Endometriosis & PCOS - a Fertility Problem?

Hey lovelies. 
I wanted to talk about endometriosis and polycystic ovaries as it's an illness I've suffered with for almost 10 years now.
I conceived my 5 year old very easily regardless of being told that I never would, and my pregnancy and birth were very textbook and I had no complications! I'm now trying to conceive my 2nd baby, and I worry that there may issues this time as I've since struggle after having my 5 year old. Has anyone experienced endometriosis or any fertility impacting illness in the past?

Jamie I'm so sorry you've had such a horrific time. I don't think that it's a disease that's really given much attention at all. I last had a cyst in September and was really quite dismissed by gynaecologists. I have no trust in my medical team at all anymore. I've turned to natural remedies, diet and exercise to get me through... And a lot of positive thinking and even though my news has been positive I think until I have 2 lines I probably won't feel like I've achieved myself. Have you been under gynae for long?xx

I've suffered from cysts... irregular menstrual cycles for 14 years. I've had 2 operations to clean out my insides,  been on the pill and also had a marina coil... i gave my body a break and feel pregnant.  Ended up having a missed miscarriage... then ended up back on the pill and have been off the pill now 2 years, trying to conceive... i have irregular cycles again with no ovulation.  Its a heartbreaking thing.  Off to the gynecologist next week.  Probably need another operation...
