NEED ADVICE PLEASE 😩😩😩

Any help please would be greatly appreciated..

My last period was 28th of January!!! I have done several tests all negative! I've been to the doctor had hormone checks, pregnancy and all the other nitty gritty things everything came back normal as did an ultrasound!

This morning after using the bathroom I wiped there was bleeding not a lot but a start to a period and now at 4pm absolutely nothing!!! Has anyone had this before or could give me some advice that would be greatly appreciated !!!
