Mucus plug....... 40 weeks today, lost this, have slight cramps, how long after loosing this amount of mucus plug would labor usually begin??

Losing your mucus plug doesn't necessarily mean a thing. Some women it takes hours, others days, others weeks, others months, others never (have to get induced). I lost mine 14 weeks ago when I went into preterm labour for the second time.

I've been seeing that amount for weeks and weeks. I'm 37w3d now and haven't had one contraction lol

im trying to find out same thing I've been going thru this same thing for the past month I loose very big pieces and sum nice size pieces and I've been having lower abdominal pain I'm 26 weeks and 2 days and have a history of preterm labor plz help

I lost mine 10 days ago...no sign of labor yet. 40+6

I think it depends like she said, I lost mine at around 2 a.m. My contractions kicked it, was at the hospital by 5am delivered at 12

Being you are as far along as you are I would guess 5-7 days. If you weren't as far along then I would say 2-3 weeks.

Tbh I'm hearing it could be days to weeks. I'm 34w6d and I've been seeing that same stuff come out of me but in pieces and I'm not due til 4/20 but most def want him to come now.  I'm ready to have him.  He come out healthy of course.
