1YR 9M old has first cold 😢😫😭

My daughter has her first cold and she's inconsolable. I gave her medicine and tried feeding her, giving her water, and juice but she doesn't want anything and just keeps crying on and off. She doesn't have a fever or anything I think she just can't breathe through her nose and probably feels stuffy and awful; when you're young everything is horrible especially for the first time 😢.
