About 4-5 years ago I was diagnosed with chlamydia at a free clinic, treated and haven't had problems since then. I am now almost 4 weeks pregnant and just made my first official OB appointment at a regular ob doctors office (never been before). My question is, do free clinics have medical records like a doctors office? Will my doctor know and mention this during my 8 week apointment if I don't disclose the information first?
