Coming off the Pill

I'm trying to have a baby and I just quit the pill, I waited until I got to the placebo pills (the period pills) and when it was time to start a new pack ,Sunday I never picked them up from the pharmacy..

How quick can I get pregnant once I stop the pill? I ovulate next week but we're doing it every other night this week and next week. Has anyone heard of getting pregnant as soon as coming off the pill or does it take a while?
