Potty Training
I'm sure people have lots of methods and this has been asked a bazillion times, I'm just at a loss as to where to start. My first daughter will be 2 next month. She's interested in the potty, she'll sit on the mini seat and grab toilet paper and pretend to wipe. If we ask if she's pooping she'll say yes and if we ask if she wants to go on the potty she'll also say yes, but what she really wants is to play pretend with her toilet paper.
So far we've just been testing the waters, reading her 'big kid' potty books and so on. I know a lot of people swear by the all-or-nothing approach and I'm interested in that, I just don't know how to go about it. So does anyone have any websites, blogs, tips, to help me figure out how to do this properly? I'm due with my next one in September and I would love for her to be trained before new baby arrives.
