Has anyone ever had an outbreak that didn't seem to improve after 3 days of 4 valtrex per day - two in the morning and two in the evening? I have a sort of sore bump so I am assuming it's an outbreak (I've been diagnosed and usually don't have much for outbreaks). I am wondering if it might be an infected hair but don't want to assume it's not. Any experience helpful. TIA.
