Has anyone gotten pregnant on their most fertile day? My most fertile day was Monday and I had unprotected sex that night. I had clear cm. the next morning I had a long mucus like string of cm. Now two days later I'm still feeling really hot, sore boobs, fatigue, and extremely tired. What does this mean..?
