Cramps after sex?

Someone please tell me why I get cramps after sex! Some times are worse and more frequent than others and I can never tell what causes them. Would it be the position or how soft or hard the sex was? Does this happen to anyone else!? It freaks me out a little bit. Please comment!

it can happen when you have rough sex, and hes hitting and moving stuff around that can cause cramping.
