6 weeks &1 day pregnant...

Recently found out im with baby #2, I started bleeding last Thursday, had an ultrasound on Friday, confirmed there is a fetus, had blood work done on Monday to check My levels and it's consistent with the ultrasound @ 2,000, I have to repeat it tomorrow and ultrasound on Thursday....I'm not soaking any liners or anything, mostly when I got to the bathroom....I didn't bleed my 1st pregnancy either...is this normal?
