Share something positive about giving birth!
We recently started TTC our first baby, very exciting! 😀
But now it's a real possibility I'm verrrry nervous & anxious about vaginal birth. I also keep seeing stories on media and blogs fraught with negative, tense language and undertones which isn't very affirming or reassuring.
We all know birth is painful, it's messy, hard, you can tear etc. But I need to hear the good things about the process, the positives that you were surprised about - other than the obvious getting to meet your baby.
