I have really bad allergies but the moment we found out I was pregnant I stopped taking my zyrtec d and singulair. Now, I'm itching and have a stuffy nose like crazy. What kind of allergy medicine is okay to take while you are pregnant? Or does anyone have any suggestions of what options beside medicine for my allergies? This is my first baby so I am really nervous/ excited and just want a healthy baby. :-)
