Help I didn't get my period

Okay so I'm on the 10yr iud and I didn't get my period this month now i have gotten it every month. This month I didn't and the past three days this white goo it doesn't smell and it's clear. I know its not a yeast infection... I guess what I'm asking is if I can still feel my strings can I get prego?
