Would tubing down a river 30+ weeks pregnant be safe?

Its the Muskegon river if anyones familiar, it moves very slow! Probably 1mph only

I'm curious why people said no. It's like being in a lazy river. As long as you know how to swim I think it would be fine

I went tubing in Thailand and there were some parts which were abit rougher with large rocks... It wasn't so fast it was dangerous but the tube could flip and you may knock your abdomen on a rock... From experience I wouldn't but you have to do what you feel right.. Plus there may be bacteria from animal feaces etc in the water that could make you ill or affect bubba. X

Oops I hit no but after I looked again I mean yes. At first I thought you meant white water rafting type thing but just floating on an inner tube should be fine!!!

Yes, as long as your wearing a life jacket it's probably safer than driving around :) ! I asked my midwife if I could still kayak in calm water, and she said of course, as long as I wear a life jacket and can still fit in the hole :) Have fun!

I would just worry about slipping and falling or if it's too cold. But as for siting in a tube, relaxing and floating I think you should be fine. Obviously your not going anytime soon because it's too cold. I've tube down it a couple times. Just ask your doctor to make sure they feel it's safe.

Id say that would be fine as long as it's slow and not rapid. Just be sure to wash really well after. I know they say if your cervix is closed it helps protect baby from bacteria. But like I said just wash really well and make sure you don't fall or anything

I wouldn't because I have a tendency to flip over and fall and slip lol
