How often after af should i use opks?

I was wondering if I needed to use opks everyday or every few days never used them before.

I use them daily starting with cd 10 (because i never o before 16)

I used them starting a few days after af until positive. They actually recommend not using fmu and if you can do it twice a day, doing this I realized I tended to ovulate around dinner time. GL

If you have the cheep ones do it every day. I use the clear blue digital ovulation and I usually start using them every other day a few days before my fertile window then everyday during my fertile window

It says in the instructions on when to start using them based on your cycle.  I had a long cycle so i didn't have to start them till much later after my period.  And yes you should use them everyday so that you don't miss the surge
