How long after your delivery did you stop bleeding ?

This is my first baby , I would do anything to get my body back the way it was. Wearing pads I feel is gonna keep giving me infections . It's only been a week an I already have a bladder infection -___- how long do you bleed ? When did you start using tampons again! The stuff our body has to go through

I've been using these, which are SO MUCH BETTER than regular pads. I'm using the lightest now, I'm 3 weeks and 3 days PP, and I could probably be using panty liners, but these are just as thin and unnoticeable as liners, and they suck any liquid through to the back of the pad. 
Highly recommended. I've not used pads since I was 13, I think they are gross, they made me itchy and they smelled and I just felt so dirty all the time, and thought it would be a horrific experience during the PP bleeding, but my girlfriend showed me these and they've been great. I haven't felt dirty or itchy or irritated at all!

I'm 4weeks PP and alsmost stopped. I noticed there's more after I breast feed, and that's calming right down now too so I'm hoping I'm almost done. So fed up of pads, they're making me sore 😔

3 weeks for me and I had a c-section but I still hurt at times it's gonna always be like this

I bled for 5 weeks and they say to wear only pads until the bleeding stops not to try tampons until your first real period after having your baby.

I am little over 5 weeks. And I am still bleeding.. Not a lot.. Light spotting.. My ob/gym now said it can last till 6-8 weeks
