Beyond broody!

So my partner and I have a beautiful little boy who's just turned one, we were agreed on no more children (yet) but I missed my last period, lots of negative test Inc. Blood test then I started my period today after 9 weeks. To say I'm gutted would be an understatement, now I'm left longing for a baby that we 'didn't want'. It's all I can think about. What would you do?
