When should I put the crib together?

I'm 28 weeks but having the baby c section end of may and I just got the crib. My husband said it's too early but I want to put it together but I don't want to jinx it. Whats a good time to put it together

I'm 19 weeks and the crib is together and everything is ready

I'd do it - if only to make sure all the parts are there and the mattress fits snugly.

If something is wrong, you may need time to address it.

My husband and I put ours up in February and I am due on the May 19th but since we are having twins we wanted to have everything ready just in case.

I'm 19 weeks & already put mine together. Made the mistake with my last pregnancy of waiting until 36 weeks and I was miserable even though my hubby did most of the work lol

I'm 38 weeks and have to still set mine up but we do have the bassinet ready for the first month or so

I got my crib when I was 20 weeks pregnant and made my SO put it together that day   I was too excited lol and I wanted to see it put together made sure there was no missing/broken parts.
