When should I seek ER attention

So there's a chance I can be lactose intolerant and my stomach feels like it's dying/ something is eating at it and very painful. Along with nausea sometimes. When should I seek attention at the ER. Also I have an inhaler because I can't breathe

Make an appointment with your family doctor. It is not a medical emergency.

No this is not an issue for the er or a&e hence why they are called emergency rooms or accident and emergency this is a problem for your general family doctor to look into. It's probally acid reflux and you may need what they call a ppi to protect your stomach.

You probably have acid reflux. Try some tums as a temporary fix.

You should call and make an appointment immediatly. You won't know what is really wrong until you get advice from a doctor.
