Ttc #2 help

Jocelyn • Mon, Mar 17 • We have a son together and am ready for another!! We have been together almost 4 years now in April

So my and my boyfriend of 4 years come this April are trying to conceive for baby #2 but are having trouble been trying for 7 months... Any advice please would help getting a little worried I can't get pregnant but doctor says not to worry till it's been a year with being unsuccessful
