4w4d is when I got my ultrasound because of constant sharps pains. Nothing worrisome showed up...just a little yolk sac. :) I have hopeful thoughts it may be twins due to the sharp pains, extra cramping, extra sore boobs, extra crying, and a faster growing belly compared to my 1st pregnancy.

I go again for an ultrasound in 2 days...I'm about 6 weeks now. I hear that women get heightened symptoms if it's a girl. If it's not twins, maybe I'm just having a girl. Or maybe it's a boy who just makes me extra symtpmatic😊
