Natural Nausea Remedy???

I have tried the preggie pops and they aren't working and I haven't been able to get some zophran yet. Does anybody know of any other easy natural nausea remedies?

Don't take Zofran I know how you feel I am feeling the same way dying here lol. But I did some research and Zofran isn't good for pregnant woman.

Ginger tea works! This is my 3rd pregnancy and nausea usually means you're hungry and need to eat. I know...crazy but I find it to be true!

Little starchy snacks like crackers on a regular basis to stop your stomach from feeling empty is good. Also ginger in your diet - it doesn't work instantly for many people, but eating ginger over a few days and keeping it up has been shown to reduce nausea.

Ginger ale is helping. Phenergan IV was all that worked last pregnancy with hyperemesis. DO NOT take zofran, no longer safe apparently-possible birth defects

Grape juice pops are doing wonders over here! Although, this pregnancy isn't a fan of tart or sour, so I add about 1/3 water when I make the pops. I followed these girls advice on ginger tea and it does help. Although, I wish I could make iced ginger tea for myself. When I'm nauseous, cold helps me best. Panera bread makes a great light ginger tea that has really helped me when I'm out and suddenly get nauseous.

I've talked to a couple midwives and my doctor and they keep saying to get in the protein. One in particular said that it's partially caused by hormones, but it's aggravated by low blood sugar. So think about eating lots of proteins and healthy fats to slow down your digestion and stabilize your blood sugar. Two easy ones are hemp seeds and coconut oil.

I usually drink some milk as soon as I wake up before I shower and then try to get in as big of a breakfast as possible. Then I try to eat protein every 1.5-2 hours. If I actually keep with it, I usually feel mostly okay. If I feel really sick, I try to eat fruit to get my blood sugar back up before eating protein.

My OB gave me sea-bands you wear them on wrist and they seem to be doing wonders for me.

I'm right there with you. This nausea is unbearable! Peppermint tea, ginger tea, and strong lemon water have been helping me a little bit lately. I haven't tried the acupressure bracelets but I've heard good things.
