- Do you add baby clothes to the registry?

My husband and I are trying to do as much organic clothing / envionment for our little one... Is it socially okay to specifically have organic clothing and accessories on the registry? Or is clothes one of those things you do not ask for? They tend to cost a little more and while I want to have lower ticket items on the list, I also do not want to ask for something we really do not want.

Put it on but honestly most people don't even look at the registry and those will probably just buy you any clothes because they don't look at the registry. But you can always return them!!

I put a few clothing items and diaper items specifically because we wanted organic stuff, if anyone was going to buy things like that. I figure even if they don't choose exactly what we registered for, it let them know we were looking at organic options? Worst thing is you won't get them! I say add anything you want. Also some places give you a % back for registry purchases so even if you buy the clothes yourself sometimes it's worth adding to the registry first anyway.

I didn't put any clothes on. Most people will just buy what they want, not specific items, so I would just plan on returning things and getting what you want.

Yes, add. Organic is nicer so a little more money. I didn't add clothing bc I'm picky with it and I know my family will be sending a lot. Picking out clothes for baby is one thing I enjoy.

I didn't but that's because I have so much baby clothes already. People will get baby clothes even if you don't register for it anyway.

Go for it! Put a few outfits on and they will get the picture. If they don't buy the ones you like you can always return them for store credit to buy things you want

I'd put one or 2 items on so they get the idea but if u put to many clothes on that's all people will buy and noone will buy u the bigger items that u really need.

Put it on! The worst thing would be no one would buy it. I also look at registries to get an idea of the moms preferences
