Sorry if this question is stupid
But if our vaginal discharge is our bodies way of cleaning itself why can it clean out things like uti's?
Side note: I apologize again if this is a stupid question and it felt even more stupid as I typed it but a part of me couldn't bring myself to cancel this post because I'm really curious about the answer.
