Anti-bloat Recipe

I just thought I would share a quick recipe that can help with bloat! I wouldn't recommend this to those with sore stomach as its a bit acidic. It's highly detoxifying and can help manage cravings and it definetly works for me. 
4 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, 2 teaspoons of turmeric, juice of 1-2 limes, 1-2 tablespoons raw honey, hibiscus tea (2 cups or so- I just fill up the blender) and ice. 
Blend. 
Serve over ice and enjoy.
