More sex questions..

I had my mc 3/9 at about 6 wks. I can't get in for my followup appt until 3/30! And I'm told my BF & I can't have sex until after that appt. Even more devastating news. Seriously. Not that we are trying to conceive right away by any means. This whole experience has brought us closer. And we just want to BE with each other, sexually. I get it-- they want to make sure there isn't an infection. My question-- can we do other things besides intercourse? Is it ok, on the uterus, to orgasm? We are very sexual people so for us to not only be told we lost our baby, but now we've lost our sex life, is a little much. We are trying to keep moving forward but damn these constant setbacks.
