I've gotten some strange dark splotches, very small, a lot like freckles on my areolas!  I thought I was the only one! Oh pregnancy...😂

I have one under my boob lol. Mom told me it's totally normal since all the hormones we can get darker in some places. Weird thing is that my aeorola hasn't gotten dark like it does to others...

Normal! And best thing is they sometimes stay that way 😳 mine got huge and super dark and have remained since my daughter was born in 2013

They will become darker as the pregnancy progresses.  Some women will get darker patches on other places on their bodies from the pregnancy hormones which causes increased melanin, therefor darker skin pigmentation.  Mine got significantly darker. It is said that this happens so that the baby can see the nipple better for breastfeeding because their vision is not good when they are first born.

Mine looks like that and I'm African American so it looks like dirt on my skin LMBO 😂😂😂. But I'll be 18 weeks tomorrow, so yeah. Lol
