Should I be worried?

Doctor said to start counting. Not SO painful but painful enough that when its  happening, I cannot move or breathe.

They're infrequent and not increasing... I wouldn't worry too much. Try walking around and see if they change

Try to sleep! If you are in labor and they are very inconsistent like that you likely have a long ways to go (probably a few days).
