Tanning beds good or bad?

So I want to try using a tanning bed at my local gym but I'm really nervous. Will I be noticeably tan right away? And do you constantly have to do it?

I'm paranoid about tanning beds so I use Jergens natural glow lotion. It's tans (tints) you for about a week!

I would not use a tanning bed. You can get serious skin conditions from those and possibly cancer 😁😁 if you do still use them please be careful and don't do it a ton

I highly disagree with the use of tanning beds, because my aunt got skin cancer from using them! Be careful!

I am pale as can be and I use a tanning bed but I refuse to become orange or noticeably using a tanning bed. You will figure out after a couple of times how long you should go. I started at 5 mins and eventually built up to 15 mins. But it's a gradual build and I did not go everyday. Usually every other day. I got a nice glow and looked tan but not orange. During the winter I'll go once or twice a week just to keep a little color. But during the summer I cut back a lot since I spend more time outside.

You won't be tan right away unless you burn yourself. (Which is not tanning)

Start with a level one for the recommended time amount and then level up every week.
Make sure to keep your body moisturized so you don't burn or peel! Good luck
