Weight loss
So I've started to notice I've gained a lot of weight recently and went to the doctor and got diagnosed with hypothyroidism (basically my thyroid is working slower than it should which includes the weight gain and other symptoms) but unfortunately I don't have an appointment with a specialist until April 29. Can anyone recommend something to help the weight loss? Would appreciate healthy suggestions. Also, I've joined the gym and increased my water intake. Thank you!
