Af was due yesterday, hasn't come yet. I've had 2 negative tests though... Do I Still have a chance?

My af was due Sunday, kept getting negative test went to my doctors cause I just knew I was pregnant the pee test came back negative and blood work came back positive, I'm still getting negative test but I'll be going for an ultrasound Monday. Doctor told me woman sometimes won't produce a positive test till further on in the pregnacy.
I would say give it a week test if it doesn't show up call your doctor get some blood work done!!
