My fiancée has prostatitis can that affect his ability to have kids?!!!

Oh no :-( apparently you love him since your engaged. Stand there beside him. I know how your gut may hurt thinking ou may never carry a child. But I do know doctors aren't always right. People do beat the odds. And love between two people who do not have children and able to spend every moment with the one they love is priceless. There is always adoption. So so many babies and children who need ao much love. Stand beside your man.... He didn't pick this on purpose :-) hang in there they may have it wrong.  If not though keep your head up and think of other options to talk about with him.

I figure it would be uncomfortable at least since he has inflammation of the prostate. Now whether it causes complications with infertility, I think he should ask a doctor.

It depends on what type he has. If it's acute,  it can be cured with antibiotics.  If it's chronic, it can cause issues with fertility.  Keep your head up and keep strong for him!
