update on fertility testing

blood work came back normal my amh level is 3.54 they said thats good and hsg dye test looks like my tubes r open no results yet from sonahystergram but badnews tested positive for a bacteria that causes miscarriages obgyns dont test for it only fertility specialists anyway me and myhubby have to take antibotics for 2weeks and hubby has sperm test the 25th and should know soon april1st wheter we need to do ivf or iui or meds
