Can you see a baby on this image

This ultrasound was just quickly taken at my fertility appointment to measure the endo thickness. The doctor didn't look any further just scan fast. Later I look at this image and I can clearly see a baby sitting in right corner. Can you see it to. So strange my test is negative I also had period 2/21 however month before I was 3 weeks late 1/9

This image shows like a 10 weeks baby.
