Royal jelly or any other advice for energy?

I'm nearly 8 weeks pregnant and have no energy. I'm desperate at this point and seen a comment about royal jelly in a post, but figured I'd make my own post.

Is this something worth buying or not? Also.. If so, does the pill or honey form work best?

Also any other advice, tips or referrals will be very appreciated! Thanks in advance, ladies! 💗

My dad is a bee keeper & he said Royal jelly is bad during pregnancy because it can cause spikes in hormones or something like that. I don't remember exactly the reason but basically the answer was no loo
