St Patrick's parade??

My son is 4 weeks ans tomorrow downtown Dallas is having the St Patrick's Day festives... We are really wanting to go and keep him covered but we aren't wanting to risk it as well. Just wanting some others view points. We haven't taken him out at all, I have cabin fever.

I personally wouldn't expose my child that small to so many people...I am too paranoid about RSV  amongst other things

I'm in Dallas too and usually celebrate my birthday by going out to the st.patty's day festivities, but I'm staying in this year with my pregnant self. I definitely wouldn't take a 4 week old newborn into those crowds.

We took our daughter everywhere starting at a few weeks. First hockey game at 7 weeks. I always wore her in a carrier and we used ear protection for her. She is 14 months and has not been sick once.
